“There seemed to be not enough staff. They asked us at check-in if we wanted our room serviced during our stay. I was thinking for $300 a night, why yes, I do! They then let me know how short staffed and busy they are. The rooms were cold and the bedding was not thick at all. There was no one around at night to give us extra blankets.
