“First of all, shout out to Sebastian at the front desk. He was super nice and helpful. We had to switch to this hotel due to problems at a different hotel, Sebastian got us checked right in earlier so that we had a place to stay. Otherwise we would have had nowhere to go for several hours. Hotel is very nice, very clean, and well-kept. Every single staff member with whom we interacted was very kind and personable.
