“I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. “Typical franchise hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pleasant staff. Breakfast was ‘meh’ but it was the typical free breakfast you get at any hotel.”

“Middle of the night the room was flooded One of the next rooms had water link I called at 4PM they said there nothing they could do I called again, they said we can change you room but you have to pay extra money”
