“The stay and staff was really good, it was just a for a day. Unfortunately the food was not good. I found a hair in the gravy. I pointed it out to one of the staff and it was addressed very clearly. It only had one selection of yogurt and one selection of bagel and no bacon and the sausage wasn't that great nor the eggs. But I will definitely stay there again I was on the 5th floor.”

“The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……
