“I liked the great customer service experience. I didn’t like that during breakfast hours, they didn’t have enough food to accommodate the guests. Oh! And all furniture wasn't in the living room, it was missing the table with chairs and a sit in chair that was shown on the pictures viewed online. They also need more furniture in the bedroom, like furniture with draws and desk and chair.”

“The pool had a lot of trash around the pool deck and the location of the pool on the end of the bldg was not very aesthetic. Would have preferred the pool to be centrally located. ”

“We stayed here for a beach trip, and overall, it was an okay experience. The staff was very friendly and responsive—any time we asked for something, they took care of it right away, which we really appreciated. The room was labeled as smoke-free, but unfortunately, it had a noticeable cigarette smell. It seemed like smoke may have been coming through the bathroom vent from other rooms, which was unpleasant. Also, the floors didn’t seem to be mopped before we arrived—after coming back from the……

“Overall it’s a nice place. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Excellent location for hanging out downtown. My only critique is the beds were uncomfortable. I was told some rooms had upgraded beds but ours was hard, definitely a cheap mattress. I’d stay again”

“This hotel stay was just a stopping point between New Orleans and Destin. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did request a balcony room but had some difficulty managing the stairs. The restaurant with the hotel served great Italian food and the breakfast was your standard hotel fare (waffles, eggs, biscuits, cereal).”

“There are cockroaches in the room! The bed sheets are stained, the bathroom has hot water but no cold water! The sanitary environment is particularly poor, and there are spider webs. There are many more that I don't want to talk about”
