“Everything is well maintained, and the pool and lights made it a lot of fun. I love the setup of the house and it was nice to have one bedroom with a gigantic closet away from the rest so when the little one woke up, the whole house didn't hear it. Its a little drive to the Pensacola Beach but it sure is beautiful and had a lot of fun. The Point restaurant close by was fantastic and it was great to have groceries just a couple miles down the road. McGuires in town was also super and is a must……

“The property owner/association was very nice just the facility was disappointing. For the money paid I would expected a little nicer facility. The faucet in the kitchen leaked, we had to keep a rag around it. The toilet in the master bath leaked and their was mold in the master bath shower. Never could get the internet to connect. There was lots of noise from the neighbors at night.”

“Condo is gorgeous, and the balcony overlooking the back bay was our favorite place to sit and enjoy the scenery (besides the beach). Plenty of room and amenities in the condo. Especially loved the wet bar with the ice machine! If we return to orange beach, this will be our go to place. ”
