“The house was everything we wanted. The main living spaces were large and the bedrooms were nice. We ended up with 13 adults in the house. Nobody had problems with the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and was large enough for what we needed. Everything we saw in the listing was true. The pool and hottub were great and the beach was a short walk from the house. We will stay here again”

“We were in town for a baseball tournament and chose Paradise Palms to stay at. This was a wonderful place and the management team stayed in communication with any questions we had. 100% recommend”

“This condo had a fantastic view and location. The beach access was easy and the pool very nice and clean. Overall, Windemere was a great property. Now for some criticisms of 1505. When we arrived, we dropped our things, took in the view, then headed out for dinner. When we returned and began unpacking we noticed how dirty and beat up the place was. I called Vacasa and reported with pictures of stains on the walls, dust, and dirt. They did send cleaners out the next day. Someone sloshed wine all……

“This is an excellent place to stay for those who want to be in a quiet area, yet close to everything else. The house is pet friendly with plenty of room. ”

“Great place to go with a boat. Quiet marina and the boat is right outside. No crowds or wakes rocking the boat. Located by the Sunset Grill also. The people at the marina office are friendly and helpful.”

“The beach proximity was fantastic. Loved the pools and hot tub, but it did need to be cleaned. We had some maintenence issues, but they called back immediately and came to fix the enxt day. Would stay here again because it was the perfect location. ”

“We loved the sidewalks throughout the neighborhood and the convenience of the shuttle and beach club. The house had everything we needed to cook at home and was located near fantastic restaurants. It was great not having to pack all of our beach gear! ”

“The property owner/association was very nice just the facility was disappointing. For the money paid I would expected a little nicer facility. The faucet in the kitchen leaked, we had to keep a rag around it. The toilet in the master bath leaked and their was mold in the master bath shower. Never could get the internet to connect. There was lots of noise from the neighbors at night.”
