“Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. ”

“A young couple are in the process of refurbishing the rooms. They have everything you need for your stay. The king size bed in my room is was so comfortable. Since the buildings are so sturdy, the outside noises could not be heard ”

“We enjoyed our time with you guys. Got to reunite with my daughters and we had a blast! Thanks for all you did for us while we were there!”

“We had a great time and loved all of the amenities, and the peaceful and quiet surroundings of our stay in Urbanna! The deck, dock, and pool were fantastic, and the house was clean and comfortable. ”

“We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. ”
