“I need to specifically recognize Hyacinth as a truly bright part of my stay. As the name of a spring flower would suggest, she was bright and cheerful. A welcoming sight as you enter the lobby. She was always happy and cheerful when she greeted me. Always excited to hear about my day. It was a joy anytime I entered the lobby to see her smiling face and hear her cheerful “hello”. She truly did make the experience over the top!”
