“In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.”

“My family stayed at Sunset Mountain Inn and spa for 4 nights. The staff (Jackie and Ruth) were so welcoming and amazing. Our place was clean with all the amenities we needed. Pool and hot tub was a hit after a long day of walking. Views from our balcony was stunning. Bed was comfortable. My only concern was my bedroom curtains were not blackout so at 5:30am sunrise, brightness woke me up. I would definitely go back here and recommend it. You wont regret it. ”

“I spent 4 nights here in a mixed dorm for 6 people. The room is still quite spacious and is attached with bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful with your questions. The breakfast is also a plus. You can make yourself sandwiches and even muffins. There are plenty of tea, coffee, milk available. 5 mins walk to down town. This is the best choice of hostel for a budget backpacker to stay. ”
