“ I recently stayed at IBIS budget hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the hotel that made my stay less than satisfactory. Firstly, I was surprised to find out that the hotel required a deposit for the use of a hairdryer. This seemed unusual to me, as hairdryers are a standard amenity in most hotels. “From arriving at the hotel late, we were welcomed really well. Booking in was so quick and easy. The staff gave advice on how to find the Museum we were visiting the following day and were to get food late on in the evening. From the following morning the Lady in charge of reception absolutely brilliant looking after us impeccably nothing was a bother for our whole stay. We will be at the museum again and will have no problem in booking with the B&B Hotel in Mulhouse ten stars.”
