“The area around the property was nice and convenient. There were plenty of food places, gas stations, etc. However the property itself was not well maintained; floors were dirty, bathroom was not cleaned, and the sheets had questionable stains. ”

“Pricing was good considering the holiday of 4th of July. The place was safe with a Meijer right next door for any quick items that we might have needed. The area was quiet and out of the way of major traffic. I will not they were renovating so it is possible pricing might rise in later months. ”

“Repairs that were made were not very well done by appearance. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was closed and drained, so it shouldn't be advertised as having a pool. There were a lot of ppl wandering around at night, but we had no problems with sounds after 10pm. The room was quiet, smelled nice. The beds were on the firm side, but linens and pillows looked well cared for and overall sleeping conditions were fine. ”
