“I have to mention the hotel overall is great. The location is close to Spanish springs town square, The breakfast is nice and the employee that took care of the breakfast area was very sweet and polite! The rooms were very nice and clean, I really enjoyed the suite. And it was a very quiet hotel. I do want to mention the one rude staff member that will make or break a stay. People will never forget how you made them feel. All morning the day of our last day I had been running outside to load……

“The young lady that was at the front desk the night I checked in was more than helpful very friendly hard working. The rest of the staff was also helpful. I was skeptical at first due to other reviews but was pleasantly surprised with everything I would definitely stay again. 5 out of 5 stars.”

“The room and property were well-kept for a basic stay. It took literally 20 minutes to get hot water in the room. I was amazed that they still use physical keys. They also make you sign a waiver saying if you lose your key or soil any of the linens, you have to pay a $150 fee. I was worth the price we paid though, we didn't have any issues.”

“Front desk staff were very nice. Bed was co for table. Room was clean. Larger refrigerator/freezer which was nice. Near I75 and unfortunately hear the traffic, able to sleep thru most of the noise. ”

“The property is in a great location for everything you need in the villages and the surrounding area. Very clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area in the patio outside. Communications with the owner is very helpful and also quick to respond. Very safe area to stay. ”
