“The location, the house and all the amenities were just as Barney described, so peaceful and just a short walk to the lake , oh and the occasional visit from the wildlife was an extra bonus, I plan on staying in touch with Barney for future stays !!! 5 ’s”

“This property was a small apartment connected to the family house in a "barndominiam." We met our hosts, Brittany and Kelly. They were gracious and warm and said they were avaliable if we needed anything, but they left us alone to enjoy our stay. The apartment had its own private garage and separate entrance. It was stocked with everything we needed, including a Keurig and coffee pods. The back porch had a small table and chairs and a wonderful view of the woods, a nearby creek, and the……

“Really nice summer weekend in the mountain staying at Rebecca's condo for a nearby wedding at Black Diamond Lodge. It couldn't have been more convenient! We didn't spend a ton of time at the condo except to sleep and enjoy a quiet breakfast, but it was a great space for the three of us. Loft pullout bed was comfy! It was really nice to have two bathrooms too. Quick access to 550 that goes up to Silverton, with a lot of scenic stops along the way. Easy 30 minute drive down to Durango.”

“We've stayed in other condos in this area previously, but this was our favorite. The layout was perfect for our group, and the bed arrangement was wonderful. The hot tub at night was a perfect way to close a long day on the ski slopes. Our family loves Purgatory and plan on staying at this property again!”

“Our stay was absolutely great! The house is in a perfect location, close to the lake. Plenty of cook/dishware. The video arcade was a hit for all of us in the evening winding down. Coffee and espresso station with stocked goodies was awesome!. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Two AC units provided plenty of cooling for hot August days. Views from the front porch were perfect, and we had lots of animals visit. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks for having us!”
