“The staff was wonderful! Extremely friendly. The pool is awesome and the pool lounge area is amazingly comfortable! We stayed an extra day we loved it so much! My grand daughter loved hanging out in the pool and lounge area! There are many ‘picture taking sitting areas’ to take portable pics to social media! I highly recommend this hotel if u are visiting in the Albany area. It is conveniently located near malls and all the Albany attractions such as the NYS museum and the Vita Aquarium and……

“From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). “We stay here multiple times a year for horse shows and always have a good experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Any time I’ve had a minor issue it’s always quickly resolved. ”
