“For two days we had no hot water. Day the repair guy came and repaired it but the day spoiled. I was there to lay my sister to rest. Not to mention a guy approached my young daughter about parking. When confronting him he never responded as to who was. He just said we couldn’t park under the unit and our name has to be on the deed and ONLY the owners of the property could park there. “Have been visiting SBI form many years. First time in this house. It's a great house for family and friends. The room sizes are spacious and house is very clean. Enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch and feeling at ease for our dog who also loved sitting out on the outdoor porch. Plenty of gates up for small children or a pets to be contained. “Comfortable home as pictured. Great location on street less than a minute walk away from the neighborhood pool which our kids loved. Master shower has very little water pressure. We used the other bathroom to shower. Otherwise everything was in working order, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. ”
