“I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many……

“Vending machines were not centrally located and the drink vending machine was out of order. This was discovered after i went to the front desk to ask for the location and then walked a long distance yo get to the machine. I had just gotten off the road and was very tired.
