“Hotel was fine as a bed to sleep in, not much more. We spent most of our time out and about in Boston and Salem and the location was great for both of these (about 25 mins in either direction), but the hotel and the rooms are rather dated. Fine for what we needed, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable etc.”

“The stay was overall good. Room was decent. It was hard to get extra pillows when asking for them. It could use some repairs and updates. Staff was friendly and polite. 2nd night had a crazy party in the room above us going at 2-3am and they did what they could to quiet down”

“I found this property to be very clean and comfortable. Staff members were polite and helpful. It was also quieter than I expected for being close to the airport.”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”
