“The staffs are indifferent and unfriendly. The shuttle bus is convenient and the driver is very nice. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. If I have the chance to visit Salt Lake again, I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.”

“We checked in unpacked, showered and went to go to bed but the blinds were broken. Called downstairs- they acknowledged that they knew they were broken and thought they were fixed. Asked if we wanted a sheet or to move rooms- since it is brightly lit up outside due to car dealership next doors we packed up and moved downstairs. They were quick to help rectify the situation and were kind and helpful.”
