“This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. And you're just around the corner from Dutch Brothers coffee. A grocery store, too, is within walking distance or a short drive.”

“Communication is great with this company. The cleanliness was subpar. Response to the dishwasher and ice maker not working was not helpful. The management company did reach out to ask for input after our stay I still feel unheard as to my concerns at this property. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe.”

“The pool is definitely the highlight of this property. It's super warm and has awesome lights at night. Be aware there's an extra charge for pool heating, but it's more reasonable than any other property we considered. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but they were remedied quickly and the owner was very responsive. Everyone was comfortable, the kitchen had all the things we needed, and it was really close to lots of restaurants, groceries etc. Definitely would stay again!”

“The townhouse was perfect for my daughters and I to get away to Austin over Spring Break. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well located (although not in walking distance to Zilker imho). There were a few minor issues that were resolved, and overall I would rent this unit again.”

“Great location for a base to cover Austin. Super accommodating host and very nice. Place was not really updated as advertised. A couple items newer like bathroom sink and smart TV but condition of kitchen was very dated and worn. Sofa and carpet very worn. With some fixes and redo the place would great. Very quiet and comfortable neighborhood.”

“The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials other no salt, pepper, sugar or dry goods. It did have coffee and filters. The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. Check in was more complicated than usual with a lot of instructions but, would stay here again for a quick trip to Austin.”

“We had a very disappointing experience at this property. Upon arrival, the place was extremely dirty—nasty stained towels, insufficient dishes for a property advertised to sleep 8 (only set of 6 dishes and 4 glasses), and a backyard littered with trash, soda cans, and cigarette butts. The downstairs toilet was clogged, which meant our disabled guests had to trek upstairs to use the bathroom. Additionally, the unit we were given was not the one pictured in the listing.
