“The condo is super cute & very clean.”

“These units are clean, spacious, well maintained, and super cute. Both had garages and ample parking. Rooftops didn’t connect but had enough space for guests to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking (bring ur own salt and pepper and condiments; had 4 coffee filters and 2 packs of coffee per unit). UberXXL rides to Broadway on normal hours were approx 12, 30ish at peak hours. Park with swings/playground across street if staying with small children. The GoodNight team were……

“The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and accessible to downtown and great communication with owner. I will definitely stay again when in town.”

“We were 5 adults and two middle schoolers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The decor is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is in the process of being “gentrified “ but we felt safe, even walking the dog at night. Absolutely nothing wrong here.”

“Check in was easy. The kitchen was gorgeous and had all kinds of goodies to snack on and drink. The wifi access was easy. We were 7 minutes at the most from all tbe places we wanted to go. I will definitely book this location again. By it being downtown its located several blocks from the projects. But don't let that deter you all the neighbors were friendly and no one bothered us as we sat out back of the garage and grilled. It was a diversity of neighbors no one race so it was quite pleasant.……

“I really liked this rental. The location was close to everything we could possibly need, especially the Fairgrounds, which was our primary reason for being in town. I liked that it was self check in.The downside is that the pillows were very flat. I had a terrible time sleeping the first night and actually picked up an extra pillow for the second night. I understand that maybe a YMMV situation. Also the bathtub / toilet area is tiny. For plus sized folks, you're going to be squeezing.I did……
