“Our room was large and clean, with functional ac, quiet, and easy parking. ”

“Yeah, it was passable for a night's day.The area's located in isn't the greatest”

“Great location in downtown Louisville. Save a few hundred just by being a few blocks away from the more prestigious hotels. Breakfast in am was legit. Definitely would stay again if I come back to the area. ”

“You have to wait for half an hour to check in. Because there is no person at the front desk. The customer service is terrible. The room is very dirty. Do not come here. Terrible place. The worst experience I have ever had. ”

“The room was fine the only issue I had was that the shower wasn’t cleaned, the reason I say this is because there was a long black hair left in the shower on the shower floor, and when I see that, it usually means the shower wasn’t cleaned. ”

“Easy walking distance to the convention center and clean room. The one thing that was annoying o asked for my car to be able to staybfor an extra 2 hours after checkout and they wanted me to pay for another day to do that. Also my door key stopped working before i actually checked out”
