“Well, I enjoyed my whole stay. Our room was clean, all linens were clean, the room was perfect. My back was not doing well at all. When I approached the front desk I was huffing and puffing even with my cane. The gentleman that was at the front desk took my info. He was smiley and soft spoken. I asked where to go for dinner. “I'm not giving it one star because the place met my expectations, which were quite low at the outset. The cottage was of mid-century design that is badly in need of renovation (broken fixtures, uncovered electrical outlets, mold/mildew growth in the bathroom). It was a non-smoking room, but clearly people were smoking there. I think the place was emblematic of the Catskills as an area that once was a great place to visit, but has fallen into disrepair over the past several decades. ”

“Shout out to Christine for going above and beyond! We originally booked a room that happed to be on the 3rd floor. My husband got injured before we arrived and Christine was very helpful in arranging for us to move to the 1st floor as soon as the room became available. Housekeeping moved our luggage for us and the new room was a nice upgrade.”

“On main shopping street. Quite comfortable and reasonably priced. Parking area a great bonus. Been frequenting hotel for years with no complaints. ”
