My only complaint would be a seasonal issue, but one must walk around the outside to get to lobby/breakfast from room, and there was both snow and very slick ice (from roof dripping). This stay was a convenient location to join family that was staying on a houseboat. We feel like we got what we paid for and did not have high expectations. The cons: we could hear every floor squeak and footstep above us, the double bed rooms are full size, not queen, and there is no mini frig or microwave. The pros: staff, cleanliness, ice machine,……
