“Property was as expected. Chose this property for close proximity to our family and easy access to main highways for traveling around Florida. Had a few minor issues but owner was quick to resolve. Neighborhood was quiet and we had a relaxing time while at the house. ”

“Villa is ideally situated off the US27 in a well established and well maintained estate. Villa has everything you need for a family stay. Massive pool deck and large pool with SPA with full sun from first thing till about 4pm) Rooms are all a good size and the main areas of the house are huge (so is the TV!).Plenty eating places round about and Champions Gate about 5 minutes in the car. Disney about 15 minutes and Universal about 30 minutes (interstate 4 traffic permitting!)”
