“Our room and the property was so clean. When I booked the room, it was for a king size bed but when we checked in and got to the room, it was a queen size bed and pullout sofa couch. I called the front desk, she verified that I did indeed book a king size bed and put us in a different room right away. She said it was possible that it was overbooked and was unaware of the change to let me know at check in. She was very nice and helpful, even got us a couple extra pillows when asked and she……

“Great service, the cleanest rooms, the property is well maintained and quiet. Theres tons of parking, and i personally love the kitchen and the snack bar of goodies for sale. This is so nice for long stays especially if you're visiting loved one from the Navy Base. Its about 20 minutes from there. I will definitely be returning. ”

“Good place and I always love their waffle bar breakfast. Much of my floor was under construction but that is out of their hands. No racket from them, thankfully. Beds could’ve used bigger pillows. Overall, great location near Great America and Lake Forest and well priced. ”

“Overall stay was decent. Checking out staff member was on personal phone, delaying the check out process. Customer had a few questions in regards to stay cost. Chairs in the room had a lot of stains on them. It's hard to keep fabric furniture clean, I understand but looked gross to sit on. ”
