“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Andrea checked us in. She was super bubbly, friendly informative, and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The carpet throughout the hotel including our room is dingy and stained. It needs replacing. For $185 a night the hotel should be cleaner. The amenities, pool, and hot breakfast are great. ”
