“Older but clean”

“Staff at front desk was amazing, very friendly and personable. The housekeeping needs work. Room was never vacuumed over a 4 night stay, bathroom needs a deep clean, baseboards have some serious grime. ”

“Extended stay was in a great location for our trip to Phoenix. Was not too expensive and I did feel secure while we were there. Would do it again.”

“We had stayed at this Hampton before. It is super conveniently located off the 303, so it is an easy find/exit on our way to/from San Diego. Rooms are nice, breakfast is decent. Though it is on a busy street with railroad tracks across the street, noise has never been an issue.”

“The staff was professional and pleasant. I must have gotten a smoking room. The air conditioner was loud. For price I can't complain.”

“Our hotel stay was very pleasant. Property is in good condition and location is exceptionally good. A bit disappointed that the EV charger was not working. One of the reasons we booked this particular hotel is for that convenience. It turns out that the EV charger has not been working for a couple years since the state funding ran out. The hotel still lists EV charging as available. Rooms facing the freeway are just a bit noisy and the sunshine in the morning is very powerful and direct.”

“Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.”
