“This is a hotel located halfway up the mountain. The environment is very good, very suitable for walking, and it is also very convenient to drive to the old town for dinner. There is a disinfectant smell when entering the room, which feels very hygienic. The staff is very good. I forgot to bring a plug, and the front desk provided me with service. “From the moment my daughter and I walked on the property and into the lobby of the hotel, it was smile time. The front desk staff gave wonderful, friendly smiles, assisted with anything we needed and displayed "over the top customer service". The hotel is spotless. A glitch with a vending machine was quickly handled, money returned and a bottle of water freely given for our inconvenience . This will be our go to "vacation" stay place. “Great service. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable for my week long stay. I stayed at this location 16 years ago when it was newly opened. It is showing its age a bit but still comfortable and a good value. ”
