“Excellent stay! The cottage is not large, but enough for two average families or one large one. Everything is spotless, everything working. The kitchen and living room area is spacious, two large tables, comfortable chairs etc. Bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with enough storage.The host takes care of providing all small necessities, from the paper towels to the shower gel/shampoo etc. The only thing we could not find was the vegetable peeler, so we bought one and successfully forgotten it……

“We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. The cottage has everything you need - washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, TV and WiFi. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. ”

“It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting. Pubic hairs on the bed sheet! Wrappers under bed! Hallway floors were not vacuumed and the door to go into the place has not been cleaned in awhile! Pool was out dated and freezing it was like doing the polar plunge in January. I would not recommend this place and the continental breakfast was not great so we when to……

“Our stay at the ZaLo Manor was terrific! It was a great place to call home while we visited relatives from Plattsburgh. The views were amazing from the deck, bedrooms & lawn.It had everything we needed. Made a family spaghetti dinner one night, beautiful cookware provided & lots of laughs with board games. The weather with wind & rain, did not allow us to use the anticipated paddle boat & kayaks or the fire pit near the dock but the hot tub & spaces inside, gave us that little extra fun on an……
