“Lobby left a lot to be desired. Hotel is definitely not handicapped accessible. Lobby doors don’t open automatically and you have to climb a set of steps (no elevator), even when your room is on the first floor. Stayed here, in part, because of the free breakfast, but it wasn’t really worth eating. But the bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows. I had a good night’s sleep which is really all that matters.”

“I like this hotel. The front desk and the staff are friendly. The room is very reasonable price. The staff clean the rooms every day.”

“We stay here a lot. This was the first time we had any issues, but they are small issues. 1. We tend to sleep in when we are visiting so the 830 AM vacuuming of the hallway wasn't too cool. 2. We used the pull-out bed in the couch. It was a bit disturbing to remove the cushions and find a very large amount of food scrapes and whatever else that stuff was on the bed. As I mentioned these were relatively minor issues. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.”

“Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows).”

“The only negative comment I have is that Expedia indicated that I wanted an accessible with roll-in shower. The front desk lady noticed that and asked if that was what I wanted. I am glad she paid attention to that and asked me. I did not select this when booking through Expedia. ”
