“We stay here a lot. This was the first time we had any issues, but they are small issues. 1. We tend to sleep in when we are visiting so the 830 AM vacuuming of the hallway wasn't too cool. 2. We used the pull-out bed in the couch. It was a bit disturbing to remove the cushions and find a very large amount of food scrapes and whatever else that stuff was on the bed. As I mentioned these were relatively minor issues. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.”

“The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! ”

“The staff was absolutely amazing so very sweet! I have not been back to West Virginia in 20 years and there was so much in that town to do. It was very very impressed and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you.”

“Nice hotel. Great pool and hot tub access. Breakfast was very good and they made something for me that wasn't on the buffet at the time. We've stayed there a couple times now and it's been a great experience each time. Also the rooms are huge. Lots of space.”
