“I would like to add that two of the staff members get an A+ from my husband and I their friendliness and efficiency and just their all around presence made our stay that much better. Nautica was at the front desk on our arrival—there was an issue with my card but she didn’t make me feel embarrassed in any way she kept smiling and working on it till problem was solved.
