“This is a great old grand hotel with completely modern facilities that used to be the headquarters of the Philadelphia Inquirer. We were upgraded to a top floor suite with views. Tere are several bars and restaurants very close. The breakfast was very good as well. The parking was expensive. ”

“While check in host and facility were very nice, it was surprising and very inconvenient to learn the airport shuttle did NOT run for early morning flights. There was NO indication of this on the web site, and that service was one of the key factors in my choosing this property over others. I hope management can address this significant and inconvenient gap in service with me and for others. ”
