“Great place to stay while enjoying Kings Island and surrendering area!”

“This was a business trip over a couple of nights. I've used extended stay settings before, but this is by far the best experience I've ever had. From check in to check out, from the front desk to housekeeping, people were exceptionally friendly and receptive. I keep a list of places to stay again and places to never return to and this is definitely a "stay again!"”

“We accidentally booked an accessible room which we didn't need and the staff was able to change our room to a standard room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and they had someone to make omelet for you.”

“The receptionist where great help and the kitchen staff as well. The housekeeping staff was okay. They didnt pick up the dirty towels or trash that we set aside for them for over 24 hrs. We had run into them for clean towels and they said we can leave the dirty ones outside our door for them to pick up, but it sat for over 24 hrs outside our door.”
