“Stayed 1 night before our condo was ready”

“Ann moved us to an ocean view room. It was excellent. The only issues with the unit were the noisy fan in the 2nd bathroom and the icemaker apparently didn't work (or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, which is more likely the case). All room amenities were clean and operated well. Our only comment regarding the facility as a whole .... the reception/check in office on the 3rd floor is rather inconvenient. ”

“The room overall was clean with the exception of needing vacuumed/dusted a little better. We understand that spraying for palmetto bugs is needed in that area, but it would be beneficial to vacuum and dust window sills and the bedside stands as we found a dead bug on the kitchen window sill. The area was safe overall, but a bit congested for our comfort (which we know is beyond your control). The best that could be done for that unit is screens on the sliding glass doors! We LOVE listening to……

“This property has it all! Many pools for the younger families and then also has a swim up bar area and hot tubs for 21 and older only! The room was very easy to access and accommodated our family very well! ”

“Fantastic condo with all we needed! My Dad was hospitalized the day before we left and he couldn't get out much but he rested. He actually slept in the bed and said it was the best sleep he he has had in a long time. Thank you for a lovely stay. My only complaint is my own fault, we need ground floor or an elevator and i didn't chech for that. Again Thank you so much.”
