“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“I showed up for my reservation and they said they were completely booked. They didn’t even make reservations through hotels.com so they weren’t sure how it was made. They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site.
