“Great home shared by a lovely host. Connie was delightful to talk with and get pointers on where to visit both Kings Canyon and Sequoia. Her breakfasts were fresh and provided the energy to enjoy the day hiking and visiting. The room was clean and interesting and quiet. Would recommend highly.”

“The place was so preety and quiet place. Clean rooms and walking distance to lake. The only thing that i complained about is there is no phone signal, i can't used my phone and no internet. My family was so worried about us coz i forgot to tell them that we're on vacation, and they can't reach us for last 2 days. But everything was excellent and nice experiences. ”

“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here……

“My family enjoyed our stay. The house itself was lovely and comfortable—plenty of space and clean. We felt at home when cooking meals and hanging out while we were there. The openness of the floor plan made it very easy for everyone to be together and participate in activities and conversations while also providing a loft, outside seating areas (in the front and the back), and space to be alone or relax as needed. The location was nice as well. Oakhurst had a quaintness to it, but was also large……
