“I've stayed here before for a big music festival nearby. Last year the staff was a bit indifferent, but this year, it seems that issue was corrected with much more firendly people. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and the like and housekeeping did their thing regularly and efficiently. The elevators were the only issue this time with one out of order completely and the other working one, was slooooooow. Like wait a number of minutes slow, especially when there were lots of……

“We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour.
