“Upon checking in there was an issue with my room reservation that was the hotel’s fault and without hesitation Ms. Christa did a fantastic job making sure my family and I had proper accommodations. She was very pleasant and helpful. Ms. Cassandra was present when I checked in and everyday she went out of her way to make sure the kids and I had everything we needed.
