“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Boulevard Inn! The location is perfect. Close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. While it wasn't beach season yet, we still enjoyed walking down to watch the sunsets. We dined in the Bistro the first night for an early anniversary celebration and they gave us a signed anniversary card and a special dessert. Nice touches. Highly recommend the Elk. Amazing. “We have never stayed here before but we will again! The room was clean and spacious and quiet. However, we went in April. 🤗 During the summer I'm sure it's a different story. Tons of shops and dining within walking distance (even right below us) There was a boardwalk that went around the Inn that you could stand at and watch the harbor. The beach was close, as was the lighthouse. It was a perfect little getaway for us!!”

“We had a good night sleep, but after breakfast we couldn’t go back up to our room. Neither elevator worked. My husband and I are both disabled and couldn’t take stairs up to the third floor. Dwaine was very polite and kept trying to reset elevator, but wouldn’t work. Not to mention we had to deal with the smell of paint. The hotel was remodeling. Dwaine was finally able to reset the elevator, but told us we only had probable 30 minutes to get our stuff and leave. My husband wasn’t able to take……

“Very serene and lovely; however, we stayed at an off peak time. The app is not very useful and there wasnt that personal touch that I love about B&Bs. Very enjoyable, but proabably a one time visit. The town shuts down a bit early for me. ”

“My family of four stayed and really enjoyed ourselves. The pool and hot tub was a plus and the location and walkable proximity to town and water was a bonus. “This property is a GREAT location and has some incredible history. It was originally built as a boarding house back in 1880ish time frame, and has been preserved beautifully. The new owners have put a lot of work to preserving the manor, and is still a work in progress(as any 150 year old building would be), but the charm, experience, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate our needs during our stay was a 10 out of 10. I look forward to going back.”

“The listing was inaccurate. It states that one room has a king size bed and the other room has 2 queen. All three beds were full size. One of the beds was broken at the foot of the bed.The sheets and pillows were dirty. The bath tub was gross. We went to the store and bought soft acrub to clean below using. ”
