“We had a good night sleep, but after breakfast we couldn’t go back up to our room. Neither elevator worked. My husband and I are both disabled and couldn’t take stairs up to the third floor. Dwaine was very polite and kept trying to reset elevator, but wouldn’t work. Not to mention we had to deal with the smell of paint. The hotel was remodeling. Dwaine was finally able to reset the elevator, but told us we only had probable 30 minutes to get our stuff and leave. My husband wasn’t able to take……

“Breakfast for a small hotel was actually very good. The biscuits would almost make you believe they are homemade and they have an automatic pancake making machine. I booked a jacuzzi suite for a couple days away from Chicago with me and my wife and i was pleased with the room even though it wasnt one of the updated rooms as this property is going through a massive renovation which leads me to my next point of noise after 8 or 9 in the morning was a off putting but the front desk person told us……

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst hotel stay ever!!! The place was filthy. Found a moldy baby bottle under the air conditioner. Drunks hanging out in the parking lot. Two towels one hand towel and one washcloth for 3 people even after repeatedly asking for more. Manager was extremely rude, when told about the bottle his response was "whatever ". Had prepaid for a 4 night stay, couldn't stand it after 2 checked out early. Asked for refund, none given. Asked for receipt, had someone else's credit card……
