“We always stay at this property when going to St. Joseph, at least once or twice a year. The hotel is clean, location is perfect for walking to Silver Beach, or downtown to restaurants and shopping. “The rooms could definitely use some TLC. The carpet was stained. A floor lamp with a missing on/off knob. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The freezer part of the fridge was so full of ice you couldn’t put anything in it. On a good note; the bathroom was very clean, however, the water would only get warm. When we went for breakfast we were happy to see that it was very clean and there was someone there cleaning as people were getting food. The food was……
