“I loved staying here for the weekend! The staff were all very kind and helpful, and although there isn’t a sit down restaurant, the food options at the bistro were perfect (I’m gluten free). Room was clean, I would definitely stay here again! ”

“10/10 would stay again. We are down here for IVF and stayed here 5 mins from where we need to be in the morning, we booked online so the check in was quick and easy. The lady at the front desk I dont remember her name but it was afternoon shift on December 29th was nice and helpful. The room was clean, the only thing I would say is the pool area could use a little more cleaning here and there, but it wasn’t too bad. The Hanes mall is right across the street, bdubs and five guys are walking……

“I had a great stay! Maria was the star of the show! Amazing customer service from start to finish. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. I also enjoyed the room service. It has a nice restaurant/bar area in the lobby. My room was so clean and nice. The bed was very firm which I loved. Within walking distance of a lot of great shops/restaurants. FYI there is no fridge in the room to keep food or drinks and there is also no microwave in the room to heat food.”

“As a woman traveling solo on business, I felt very safe staying in Winston-Salem at this B&B. The Alspaugh King Room is gorgeous. It is thoughtfully appointed and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is just incredible, with a claw-foot tub and a large shower. They even gave me complimentary wine and pretzels at check-in. Three restaurants were just a short walk away, too. I loved every minute of staying here - it was incredibly relaxing after a long day of travel. ”

“ My husband and I stayed in the Piedmont Suite. It was a really nice room. It was very large with a sitting area. The architecture of this historical home is beautiful. The restaurant is nice with wonderful gourmet food. The staff are nice and very accommodating. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!”

“This bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Old Salem. The inn is in a 150 year old home and is very charming. My wife and I enjoyed a nice romantic weekend getaway here. The inn host was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. There’s a lot of nearby historic sites to view, and some really good restaurants located very close by. I highly recommend staying at the Zevely Inn.”
