“Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. We found the housekeeper who was able to upload the passports and get us into our rooms. It was frustrating but worth it. 2. The hot water tank is small, only enough……

The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach
