“員工有禮，每日會不定時執拾房間，有時中午，有時下午五點幾，但清潔度一般，檯面有塵，地上毛髮沒有清埋！其餘大致上是滿意！地點方便，附近就是阿羅街！”

“If only some renovation can be done. Some parts of the apartment needs it. One of the socket point is out of order. Sad that the towels was not dried by the time we checked in. Though they had washing machine. It rained. Waiting area and lift was pretty warm. Rm view was ok. Cannot complaint too much for the gd location n price. But host was prompt to reply message. Maybe pls service the aircon regularly. It was leaking water when we were there. ”

“以背包客的心態來說，真的非常方便。鄰近的環境非常熱鬧，離吉隆坡塔、雙子星大樓都不遠，走路15-20分鐘就可以到了。亞羅街美食更是5分鐘路程就可以到。晚上的夜店很近很熱鬧，第一次到吉隆坡，對於這個地點非常滿意。”

“I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! ”

“Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again.”

“its second time mu stay in this year. I was able to spend a comfortable time here again. It's very comfortable for the price and I'm glad they have a washing machine. it's my favorite residence at KL”

“订的是最便宜的无窗户的房间，才一百多一点，房间干净整洁，配了热水壶，袋装咖啡，前台接待很贴心，服务态度好，不过拖鞋牙膏牙刷电吹风需要自备。酒店位置很好，附近有几个中餐馆，还有一条酒吧街，离LOWYATPLAZA，双子塔KLCC等商场近，总体来说性价比高。”

“Stayed for two nights. The area around here is very lively. The room is clean. Unfortunately, there are no windows. The worst thing is that there were renovation and drilling noises around 9:00 am on both days. It was too noisy and I couldn't sleep.”

“It’s good if you don’t mind 15-20mins walk to the main tourist spot. It’s quite silence after dark, but there is a police station near by.”
