“The stay waa great. The hotel's location is strategic and accessible to all your needs. The supermarket is just in front of the hotel. Laundry shop is only 3 blocks away same with the church. Breakfast is included in the accommodations from its restaurant. The food selection was really good. ”

“The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house……

“Not walkable in that area. Nice hotel but bathroom floor leaked in rain. Chinese restaurant adjacent had incomplete menu for single diner. Limited beer selection, no bar. Room sparce but generally clean but not well repaired. Wifi did not work as per directions. Nice staff, very helpful.”

“First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time.”
