The view from the dining room where breakfast is waiting for you each morning is spectacular and it is a great spot for sunsets too. They also have a nice grassy yard in back to relax and take in the sun and sounds.”

“we got a little upgrade during the stay. the staff was friendly. you need to walk some stairs before reaching the hotel. there was no elevator in the hotel but we were fine. the balcony has stunning view of Capri!”

“Older hotel situated in carefully tended gardens with spectacular views of the sea. Bathrooms are small but clean. The restaurant is open for breakfast buffet and dinner and the food and staff were great. Lots of local seafood. Excellent wine list with many Ischia wines. Situated out of Ischia Porto town so a car is advisable if you want to explore the island. Front desk arranged a taxi tour of the island with Filippo who speaks some English and he showed us much of the beauty of this special……

“We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pensione Monti, the staff were all lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful during our stay. The hotel itself is good. It has a great pool with lovely views of the island. Using the thermal spa at the bottom of the hotel was great—it has a sauna, a thermal bath, and a hot and cold small pool. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection of breakfast foods, along with freshly cooked scrambled eggs and delicious homemade cakes. The room……
