“When I’m out from US to cape area, this is my go to property. I can’t always get in due to no room available but this is my first option. This property respects the Titanium status better than most US properties do. Excellent breakfasts, great service and uncompromising safety. I love the showers in the executive rooms. I push everyone who asks for recommendations for somewhere to stay to check this property out first. There’s a ton of great AirBnB in area, but this property is slightly better.……

“Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage, am Ende einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Stellenbosch hat uns gefallen und war recht europäisch. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns auch direkt mit den Koffern geholfen. Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten, aber soweit gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einfacherer Ausstattung gebucht. Zeitnah sollte insb. das Bad renoviert werden. Es war aber trotzdem noch sauber. Preis Leistung hat soweit gepasst!”

“Sehr schöne und einladende Unterkunft, mit einem angenehm persönlichen Flair. Checkin war super und wir wurden gleich gefragt wie wir gerne unser Frühstück am nächsten Tag hätten. “We stayed here 30 years ago and it was great to be back in beautiful Paarl. New owners are very friendly and so helpful... their little doggie snowy so sweet. Its a listed building and having breakfast in the old part of the house is so cool. That is a true South African breakfast. Delicious. Never tasted a eggs bennie that good.”

“It’s a good 3 star hotel with lovely staff. With an injection of cash and more staff training (plenty available but lacking attention to detail) it could become a really good 4 star. The big let down was the poor shower and dated bathroom. But it’s one of those hotels that you just want to to do better ”
