“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“Room was clean and welcoming. Very comfortable. Sink area in bathroom was tight and could use some shelving for personal toiletries but all in all an excellent space. We enjoyed our stay immensely!”

“Host was a super-host! Excellent communication and support. A rare find, well stocked, comfortable, clean, and excellent location. Sleeps 4 comfortable. Additional people have to sleep on air mattress (provided by host) or sofa (not a pull out). ”
