“Room was not available at check in. Had to clean myself upon check in because grease stain was on tv console. Hair was on sink and tub. I have my own cleaning products. Other than that, room is nicely put together. Plenty of storage space and updated furniture. ”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“Spacious rooms, the pressure from the shower head is strong, it feels like a water massage, feels good. The coffee is perfect, not watered down. The continental breakfast has delicious biscuit and gravy. Channel selection offers a good range of options to watch. Washer and dryer on site is convenient. ”
